Our digital products (comics and ebooks) are delivered electronically and immediately upon purchase.
In accordance with Article 19-2 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act (the "Regulations on Reasonable Matters as Exceptions to Rescind Distance Sales"), digital content such as downloadable software, information, and e-books is excluded from the standard right of withdrawal once it has been delivered or made available for download. This means that, once you've received your purchase, it is not eligible for a refund on the basis of a simple change of mind.
That said, if something goes wrong on our end — a corrupted file, a failed delivery, a duplicate charge — please reach out to hello@seeddesign-institute.com and we'll make it right.
